Exposition

We made a speculative title design for a fictional TV series about the famous murderer H.H. Holmes who lured innocent people into his hotel of death. In 1893 the World’s Fair took place in Chicago with all the bells and whistles one could think of. Entire building complexes were built such as the “White City”. Holmes lured the visitors of the World’s Fair into his hotel, murdered and robbed them.

With this back story in mind we tell a plot between darkness and corruption as a contrast to the lights and luxuryof 19th century Chicago.
We developed a story around a young girl from Ireland who visits her sister in America but cannot find her at the meeting point. She investigates further and has to deal with intrigues and crime. We made a treatment for the first season of this series.
