Morning Glow

Made this Illustration to practise lighting and composition. I tried a little bit different process from normal, working a lot with the airbrush, which I never really liked, but sort of helped me to go from vague soft edges to harder ones. I tried to convey a mood of departure and curiousity of travel. Its interesting to imagine which journeys dragons dream of, it they could just fly anywhere.
